Prerequisites

What you need before connecting Zoom

Admin access required You must have Zoom account admin or owner rights to install Marketplace apps for your organisation. Standard Zoom user accounts cannot install apps on behalf of the organisation.

A Revenoid account

You must be logged in to Revenoid as an Admin or Super Admin. If you don't have an account, contact support@revenoid.com.

Zoom Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan

Cloud recording must be enabled on your Zoom account. Free Zoom plans do not support cloud recording. You can verify this in your Zoom Admin portal under Account Management → Account Settings → Recording.

Cloud Recording enabled for your organisation

In Zoom Admin, go to Account Settings → Recording and ensure Cloud Recording is toggled on. Meetings must be recorded to the cloud (not locally) for Revenoid to access them.

Adding the App

Connect Zoom to your Revenoid workspace

Log in to admin.revenoid.com. In the left sidebar, click Settings, then select Integrations. Locate the Zoom tile.

Click the Connect button on the Zoom integration card. You will be redirected to Zoom's OAuth authorisation page.

  1. Sign in to Zoom (if not already signed in)

You will be prompted to sign in with your Zoom admin account. Use the account that has admin-level permissions to grant org-wide recording access.

  1. Review and approve permissions

Zoom will display a consent screen listing the permissions Revenoid is requesting. Review the permissions and click Allow.

  1. Confirm connection in Revenoid

After approving, you will be redirected back to Revenoid. The Zoom tile will show a green Connected status with your Zoom account email. The integration is now active.
